No.. it's like..

Between you & Shark.

It's hard to explain..

It's likkkee.. Mommy & Daddy are fighting. But they have this secret fighting they do..that they both like.. but in my derptitude..it looks like scary bad.. So, i kinda sit there and mix my corn and mashed potatoes together while it slowly escalates (because of course this is happening at a metaphorical dinner table) and smile that shaky smile, you know? The one where you kinda feel like crying 'cus you seriously know Daddy is gonna beat the shit out of Mommy, but you can't let them know that you are worried.

And then when it's all said and done, the 'happy noises' from the bedroom much later on sate all my worries that no one will be dying.

this sounds like a trip to Steak n Shake (or other suitable place) with just the three of us and about an hour full of some of the best conversation we could have between three people.

Took a little stroll to the mailbox when I got home this afternoon and lo and behold!!!! my most excellent costume for the Bash has arrived.....I'm soooo stoked!!
