Breaking News!!! Tickling is Normal

so this kinda of spends of the roommate thread since we have gotten so far from that topic.... but last night i was at a friends house and there were a few of us guys and few girls...... everyone sitting around doing a little drinking nothing to hardcore on tuesday.... well several times several their was tickling involved most of the time started by a guy.... i didnt tickle any. but point being is all this tickling was done to be flirty and maybe press the boundaries or sexual interaction.... so with that being said i am pretty sure none of them girls or girls have a tickling fetish.... but they are using tickling the same way most of us would... does that make it wrong for vanilla people to tickle if they are intent is heading in the same direction??? or is it just all normal human interaction?

Interesting. I recently saw a facebook group called 'Stop tickling me. Let's just have sex' and it made me think the same thing. I think tickling genuinely is used as a kind of pre-foreplay among some people, but whether or not it's 'wrong' or not is another question. On another note I do think the title of this thread is a bit misleading I have to say...

if u have read some of the other threads here in the last 72 hours i would say that title is spot on..... my whole thing is some people feel as if u have a fetish for tickling people you should either not tickle people cause that would be taking advantage of them or tell them what it does for you.... my whole argument is that tickling is pretty much normal preforplay like you said. tickling is also used for fun innocent things. my whole thing is i just cant see how people think that there can never be any type of sexual thoughts or tension between friends. i think that is what makes friendship circles last for so long is the mystery of finding out who likes you as more then a friend

When I was in high school, tickling involving multiple girls and a guy would happen all the time. Somehow the girls in my school got it into their heads that if they liked a guy, that ganging up on him and tickling him was the way to let him know. LOL. I'm pretty sure that none of those girls were budding TMF members. They just thought it was flirty. There's touching involve, one person is being "dominated," etc. Just a part of life.

A lot more people than are members of this forum consider tickling to be fun and generally harmless. I'd hazard a guess that on average, most people really don't have a problem with it. Seriously, it's not that big of a deal to most people.

That makes no sense. There's no way that the "medical" definition of normal (if you're using "according with, constituting, or not deviating from a norm, rule, or principle OR conforming to a type, standard, or regular pattern") applies to 85% of the population's sexuality.
