The minute I saw the interview I knew it would end up here some where.
 
I think if someone who isn't one of us is accused of sexual misconduct, the first thing they will use as an excuse is an innocent tickle fight.

Yes, indeed. And how often do you see tickling making the front page of The Huffington Post and other websites. Unfortunately, it's the type of tickling that gives us a bad name, as he apparently was harassing the male staff.

I just find it amusing that the minute tickling is in the news or celeb gossip people jump on it 'Oh their one of us!!:omg:' Really in the context of what has happened does anyone want to be connected to a guy who used it to harassing staff members. So I agree interesting that was in the news but very bad press if it was at all going to focus on a fetish angle.

Good good, I was hoping the overwhelmingly ludicrous nature of the incident and plethora of emotes I added wouldn't go noticed.

I've noticed that several of the political commentators on TV are mostly dismissing Massa's tickle fights as juvenile, immature and a case of arrested development. And one program, after discussing the subject, signed off with "In The Navy" by The Village People.

the tickle fight happen on his 50th birthday. he was attacked by his staffers and in the malay tickled one "till he couldn't breath". the others then tickled him, and then all went out for a birthday bash.
that is not sexual harrassment!

The local morning radio crew has been talking tickling all day! LOL!

The guys are COMPLETELY put off by the idea of a guy tickling another guy...the one girl on the show said that would be weird too, but she knows a lot of guys enjoy women having a tickle fight! LOL!

The one guy said as long as two women are touching each other and he can watch he doesn't care what they are doing! :disgust: What a pig.

Made the morning commute a little more interesting at least!

I couldnt take hearing about all this M/M tickling all day myself. why the hell couldnt he have picked a female to tickle!
 
Maniac Tickler: Apparently because he gets off on tickling guys. And it doesn't sound like victimization to me; it sounds like he managed to put a staff of kinksters together and lived with them to enjoy the gratification.

As for the question of whether he's "one of us," I would say, he clearly has a tickling fetish (of the same-sex variety), but he may or may not think of himself as a member of a fetish community.
