As for your question, that's probably what they had in mind but decided against it. Unfortunately, the boxes were already made that way, and getting new ones would be too much work, so they just left it like that.

I throw away the pizza and eat the sauce stained box. Better taste and more fiber. WIN!! This reminds me of years ago when Mickey D's started guaranteeing your drive-thru order. Big whoopla when implemented and then qucikly and silently pulled. I lived on Dominos pizza in college(way back when pepperoni had just been invented). Now I usually eat Pizza Hut because I think Pizza Hut is a more consistent product and I live outside the delivery zone.

I like Dominos pizza, but the gold standard is Pizza Hut. The absolute worst is Papa Johns. The pizza that is served at those little county fairs is better than Popa Johns.

I actually thought Dominos pizza was ok. Not my favorite, but I ordered it once and a while for something different. When they changed to the "new and improved" recipe, I stopped ordering Dominos. I tried it once and it was horrible. Not sure why companies feel the need to change something that's been time tested and proved to be successful for them. Ahem. New Coke anyone?

The only thing I liked about Domino's was when they offered the "Brooklyn-style" pizza with the large pepperoni slices. Since they no longer have that pepperoni, I don't get it, anymore. 🙁

If you say it's more garlicky, I may have to try it again... I LOVE garlic. 😀

I never developed a taste for Domino's pizza in Massachusetts there are a ton of other options for pizza but my personal favorite is Papa Gino's pizza

We don't have Papa John's up here but for bang for buck and taste I'll take Little Caesars with Pizza Hut and Boston Pizza taking top honours for sheer taste
