Technically none of it is porn, as pornography has a specific legal definition that was set in the past. As society has loosened up the word like many has been bastardized to mean anything that is created to get folks turned on. But I think intent is what matters, and in the context of this thread I see pornography begin used in the "Material containing the explicit description or display of sexual organs or activity, intended to stimulate erotic rather than aesthetic or emotional feelings." context.
Under that definition tickling on its own fails to reach the level of porn. There is no explicit description or display of sexual organs.
On the other hand, many people feel the important part of the definition is "Intended to stimulate erotic feelings" Or for the layman, make one want to wank off, or desire greater sexual interaction. In that case then all the stuff that is made for our community is porn.
Has it gotten more extreme? Yes, it's started to include co-fetishes (orgasm control, foot related paraphilia, bondage, S&M) nudity is now common, (Though the nudity taboo has declined in toto in western society in the past two decades) This is a normal evolution for an erotic media. It finds it's widest audience, which means it often subsumes into a greater paraphilia grouping, in the case of tickling, it's growing closer to the 'control' grouping of paraphilia. Which is nested under S&M itself.
What you are seeing is a clarification of tickling in it's relation to all sexual behaviors.
No paraphilia stands alone. They always come in groups that have relations, and there is always some bleed between the groups. To a 'purist' this always looks as more extreme.
However, the great majority of people with a tickling paraphilia are ones that receive a sexual feedback from it (the other group the playful ticklers, are attracted to the behavior as a bonding mechanism, which is a distinctly different intersecting group) so tickling media as a whole acts as a arousal mechanism for them. They consume it because it makes them aroused.
The good thing is that it's also a matured market place, and there will always be producers that cater to the purists, and provide clothed tickling with no S&M looking bondage. A fast look through C4S by me shows dozens of studios making stuff like that. Is it of the quality of the top end 'more adult content' oriented users? No. The market is smaller and thus the ability to apply high production and such is equally limited. It's a small aspect of the tickling media market. But it is large enough to always have someone working it.
