I am not TIB, but I do wear black fairly often and I do have a story like this. I will not mention the model's name because she was absolutely lovely to work with.
However, she had this guy. He came to the shoot as her escort, which was fine. Then like two months later he E-mails me and says that the model in question wanted to retire from the industry and that he wanted to buy the rights to all of the footage she shot with me, after which I would destroy all of the copies of it that I had. He said he planned to come up to my studio to witness the deletion of said material, even.
I thought this was kind of stupid, and maybe a bit overkill. For one thing, it had not been cheap to hire her, and I definitely was not simply going to take back what I paid, especially since her stuff was selling like hotcakes and I hadn't even released all of it yet. He offered me like 50% above what I paid her tho, and it seemed pretty important to "them", so I said ok, if he wanted to come all the way up here to watch me delete a bunch of files (for the record, he was in SoCal and I'm in Silicon Valley, which is a six-hour drive away), he was more than welcome to.
He said he would have his lawyer draw up an agreement. At this point I figured I still had a short window in which to sell her content before the whole thing was made official, so I quickly rendered out and released all of her remaining footage as a couple of really rushed clips... and I never heard from either one of them again. The model blocked me on Instagram, which I thought was strange, but eventually she did disappear off the scene and hasn't worked in this realm since. Never did hear from no lawyer, though.
I've also worked with performers in different disciplines... and oddly enough the models - even the fetish ones - have all been pretty sweet and down to earth except for a tiny handful - but the "regular" performers? The musicians and such? Some of 'em were real pieces of work, lemme tell ya. I'm semi-retired from that shit now.
