No way it's been a WEEK since I woke up at NEST. It can't be.

Why am I still this physically and emotionally pwned?? :cry1:

Why do I still need dollars and acorns and cookies?

Why do I still sound like Harvey Fierstein??

NEST is sooo not just a weekend; it apparently becomes a State of Being for a good while 😎
 
I know what you mean. I'm still trying to catch up from not sleeping this past weekend, and I REALLY MISS EVERYONE!!!! 🙁
 
I'm home from work sick today, and I thought it would make the transition better by not having to be in an office where no one is tickling me, or laughing like crazy, or hugging randomly. I miss you all so much! :grouphug:

Bella, I want to move permanently to that State of Being. :cheer:
 
I was just thinking about that last night, that it's already been a week since NEST. Time does fly when you're having a good time.
 
Holy crap. Well look at it this way, that's 1/52nd of time we don't have to wait til the next one!

I'm home sick too. I guess the lack of sleep, out in the rain with the smoking crew, and all the laughter and excitement caught up with me.

I wouldn't change a thing.
 
Drew & I are just getting over whatever it was that we caught. Some of the kids in the higschool group were sick. So, we may have picked up whatever they had. A day and a half feeling ratty and the rest is just annoyance level. You'll be over it soon.

We were sitting here watching tv last night and I noticed that it was coming up on 11 and thought...This time last week, we were just arriving. *pout* Only experiencing something so great can leave us feeling so miserable that it's over.

We're doing our best to extend things by hooking up with some folks up in Portland tomorrow. We're not done yet!
 
Meanwhile...

Know something interesting? All kidding aside, I finally understand the devotion to all the pre-game and post-game schmata that goes on for sports :fish:

I know what you mean. It's like I feel like I just got off the plane back home, but at the same time, it was my second day in Philly at this point a week ago. Insane. Absolutely insane.

You know, its funny. Last night about 630pm I had that same feeling. That WOW, last week at this time I was in the company of great friends, great food and a great time.

Funny how a lot of us had these same thoughts.

I agree 1000%. There are a lot of things that happened that will never be revealed. :mwahaha:

But the love and friendship will always be felt, 2 of the most important things from the weekend.

Because NEST is a taste of heaven, Bella. (Except in heaven we won't gain any weight from the huge free breakfasts and there won't be a hotel bill to pay. 😛 )
