There's nothing illegal about having porn for fictional characters, minor or not. That simply isn't a United States law. The site will remain open regardless of whether or not you guys choose to destroy good topics.

You simply don't understand why there are rules like this one, do you? You also clearly don't realize what kind of world we're living in. You see, it doesn't even matter if it's illegal or not. It also doesn't matter whether the MODs approve of such material from a personal point of view. Some might not mind them per se, for all I know. But they know better than to allow them here. Thing is, it only takes a few ignorant, stuck-up, self-righteous people with some level of influence who decide to complain to whatever organization has power over the TMF (like the people who run the server, for instance) to make it all come down. Especially considering that some people already think we're a bunch of perverts for being into tickling. Granted, it's unlikely to happen, but why take that chance? I personally think it would be rather asinine and unfair to shut down an entire site just for that, but fair doesn't enter it. If someone up there decides to shut down the TMF, it will be gone, even if it's stupid and unfair, and there's nothing we could do about it. Think about that before complaining about MODs wisely enforcing rules that exist to protect the tickling community.

By the way, why do you care so much about a few minor cartoons being removed? Why is it so important to you?

Here is one for ya hiei, it is simply wrong to depict a minore, fictional, cartoon, or otherwise, in a sexual way. Does that work for you, or is your sence of right and wrong on vacation. You draw the line in the sand here and now, and then nobody has an argument to post pictures of real minors, or stories with minors down the line.

Less focus on the no minors rule and more focus on the pictures, if y'all could. This thread isn't about the rules; 'tis about some excellent artwork. Anyone is welcome to create a thread to discuss the rules (in General or Tickling Discussion); that is not what this thread is about. 🙂

Quite a few of you tried to single me out as weird or immoral for wanting the fictional representations of minors being tickled to stay. Well tell me this. Are you the same people who enjoyed Gia tickling her mother Renee? Incestual activity is looked on as perverted, weird, immoral, etc. You didn't seem to mind with that. You can come back and say that Gia and Renee didn't actually engage in sexual conduct, but then I can say neither did this fictional minors who had feathers rubbing against them. Or you could say that we look at the feathers rubbing against them for sexual purposes, but you did the same thing when it came to Gia and Renee. So don't try to single me out as some weirdo just because of a cartoon with tickling in it. You're worse, if anything, for condoning pornographic activities between mother and daughter than I am since at least my characters aren't real. And besides, everyone here is considered weird by society just for being into tickling in this way in the first place. You probably don't like being shunned by society for these feelings, yet you are trying to do the same thing just because I like drawings of tickling. Hypocritical, wouldn't you say, incest lovers?

Anyway, I knew about that part of the US law where if it's done in an artistic way it's fine, and I figured a section for tickling art would fall under "artistic".
