No I hated it but I did what I had to do include cleaning up my car and walkway etc.

When's the last time you fell on snow/ice?
 
About five years ago I slipped on the ice. Fortunately, I only bruised my butt.

When is the last time your car was stuck in the snow or on the ice?
 
A few years ago at work it was so icy I couldn't get out of the parking lot for a few minutes.

Would you rather be stuck in a rain storm or a snow storm?
 
A rain storm because you don't have to dig your car out afterward.

How well do your windshield wipers work?
 
They work probably an 8 out of 10.

How's your trip to MA been?
 
The visit with my friend (and his cat) was fine.
The train trips were horrible, 90 minutes late on the way there, a full train with people sneezing and coughing on the way home.

What is your general experience with Amtrak?
 
It's been ok but most of my experiences are with Metro North which have been good.

Are you going to be home for the holidays?
 
Yes, I have no more trips planned until next year.

Does Damian get a special meal for Christmas?
 
Yes, well he gets some scraps from the 7 fishes.

What's your best memory of the holidays from your childhood?
 
I remember being very happy getting a bicycle for Hanukkah in 1957. (It was the first Hanukkah in our house in New Jersey where I could ride a bicycle instead of in the Bronx where we had lived.)

What is one holiday gift for which you had to put on a false smile say "thank you" even though you didn't really like it?
 
When my grams would buy me underwear lol.

What's your plans for New Year's Eve?
 
Just attending a small party (6 or 7 people) in Washington Heights.

What are your thoughts on the winter months to come?
 
I'm not looking forward to them to be honest after a very cold and even somewhat snowy December.

What's the best thing about January?
 
Having a reason to stay inside more and read.

What did you do on New Year's Day?
 
I stayed home and binge watched "The Gilded Age" because it was so fucking cold outside. 🥶

What days will you have off in January?
 
New Year's Day and Weekends. I don't plan to have any other days off as it's our busiest month of the year, but if we get a snowstorm I'll Work From Home a day or 2.

What's your least favorite holiday?
 
I'd probably say Valentine's Day. Was never a big fan and feels like totally made up just to get people to buy stuff.

What's your plans for this Monday?
 
To stay out of the cold as much as possible, but I do need to go food shopping.

How cold does it need to be for you to think that your car might not start?
 
I'd say under 20 degrees sometimes I wonder if it will but my mechanic just tested my battery in December and said it is still good.

When's the last time you got stuck from a car dying out for some reason?
 
I don't remember that happening since 1989 when I was on vacation in Florida and a rental car stalled and wouldn't restart.

When was the last time that you sold a car?
 
I never sold one. My last car I junked and the previous one the same (this is my 3rd car and I've had it 13 years).

Would you rather buy a used car or a new car if you needed one and the money?
 
I would rather buy a new car. My father used to say, "When you buy a used car you are buying somebody else's problems." He had a good point.

What is the largest vehicle that you've ever driven?
 
My brother's SUV.

Would you feel comfortable being the passenger in a car with someone who didn't have a driver's license?
 
No, nor would I be comfortable in a car driven by a computer.

What is the fastest you've gone on a bicycle?
 
I'm not sure how fast but as a kid I loved riding my bicycle up and down my blocks and tried doing tricks on it too.

As a kid did you have a bike or a skateboard?
