does saeria still have family down in texas? if she does, maybe you should get them involved (if you haven't already) and pass along some of the advice given to you on here, such as contacting the police and alerting the parole officer of saeria's ex of what is happening?

thanks dude and the thing is they have been seperated for a while and he was in prison and from what i heard that made them teknakly seperated and they were no longer together and and not realy even married by and satand point from what is understand so he was considered her ex so from what i just heard he is filing for devorse and if he did that when she was here from what i head she would have lost her daugher and basicly he thretened her like i said and scared her into comeing down there in fear of loosing everything i dont know if that is how the law works but that is what i have herd

I thought she was already there - she can not walk into that house alone!

Get in contact with her any way possible - sister, friend whatever.
She needs to go to the Angelina County Sheriff's office and have deputies go to that house with her - IF they think that is even safe.

If he gets her and the kid, then he has all the power. The felon drug adiict domesitc abuser (now kidnapper) has everyhting thing he wants - that's a bad imbalance of power & Saeria's too emotionally caught up to realize that now. Do everything you can in any way to make sure she does not go to that house alone.

Call all those sheriff numbers I gave you again! Let them know what is about to go down. Sheriff Henson is gone for the day at this point, but there should still be someone at the dept. if she goes there herself FIRST.

I was horrified to see this thread. I have no intelligent advice to give that wasn't given already, so I'll just repeat the party line: Don't try to handle this yourselves, eitehr you or Saeria. Get the authorities involved, as many different branches as possible. Child services, the police, the works. Holler for help and holler LOUD; this is a situation requiring the authorities. The ex has kidnapped a child and that's exactly what the police are for.

You are both in my prayers. I'm so terribly sorry this happened.

i just talked to her she saw all this thread she realy did nto say much of anything but she did say she would help me out if i need it her sister obovosly cares but i dont know if she would do any of that or not i am not that close to her but i hope she is there for her and does ev ery thing she can to keep her safe and i will do that same

Sounds like she's really confused and made a very rash decision by leaving without telling you. It also sounds like your relationship is strong so I would think her coming back to her senses so to speak and going back to you when things get settled with her daughter. Hang in there! 🙂
