In New York fireworks aren't legal but you see them in stores sometimes so I don't get it. 😉

In my neighborhood there are both licensed marijuana stores and illegal marijuana stores. The fact that the latter exist and often operate openly for months in the same location tells me that the DA's office isn't interested in prosecuting them.

Fireworks are illegal in most parts of California due to the dire problems but that doesn't seem to stop them at all lol.
