I spose it is. On one hand, you can't drink or drive or go to certain clubs until you're of age. On the other hand, you have to have a job and get your own place and take care of yourself. So it's both good and bad I spose.

Of course, this is more about age and physical maturity than mental maturity, but my point still stands. Rrrrrrrrr!
