I am not sure about this but I believe by the three he refers to the cosmos gaining enough experience so that our emotions may be raised. Sort of like an evolution of conscience. Its hard to explain but its an important concept of The Pletherians.
 
I know they are very cryptic at times but the Pletherians feel that the best lessons are those that we learn ourselves so they guide us often in the right direction until we learn what it is they think we should know. 😀 😀 😛
 
The Pletherians often say "The Journey is the best teacher, adventure is the best school" 😀 😀
 
Well there are entities older than this universe often though they reside in another universe. The cosmos is composed of many universes. 😀 😛

Ah, so that is how one gets infinitely many realms into a book, almost all of them are not in the visible dimensions. 😀 😛
