I have only done that twice, once with Norton and once with an insurance company that didn't seem to realize I had let my policy with them expire purposely.

I have heard that with Microsofts OneCare (a security suite for computers) they keep charging you and you cant cancel the subscription online you have to call them direct to cancel the computer security service. 🙁

I must say I was really angry at the insurance company, since I had both written to them and called them on the phone to decline renewal of their policy (which I had already replaced). Then they had the nerve to charge the next premium anyway. AX both removed the charge and put them on my blacklist. 😀

It's a shame how some companies can't take no for an answer But then how many of the reps for those companies work on commission? That's one job I could not do Work for commission 😀 😛

Talking with sales people who work on commision is like talking to the devil himself. LOL
