Well ocean front property here in LA is very expensive like Malibu for example. 😀 😀 😛

We rarely get hurricanes here in LA. Sometimes they happen when they come up from Mexico. Fortunately that is not very often. 😀 😀 😛

Or even living near a major river I have seen houses and businesses that are on the banks of the Mississippi river 😱

Even if they get downgraded to tropical storms sometimes they can still do lots of damage. 😱

Back in late summer of 98,I had to deliver a load in Myrtle Beach,SC I was listening to the local news and heard of about the incoming hurricane to the coast

I stopped in Columbia,SC and called the place I had to deliver to The guy said I called just in time,as they had just gotten told to evacuate
