I have cut down on my caff. drinks That has helped a lot 😀 😛

I don't drink coffee any more but I still get some caffeine from chocolate. 😀 😛

Usually one,maybe two cups of coffee for me after I get up I do nothing until I get some caff.in my system first😛 Then a coca cola in the afternoon

If I drink too much coffee,it upsets my stomach 😀 😛

Up until I was in my late 40's I could drink all the coffee that I wanted, all day long, with no apparent ill effects. Now even one cup of coffee gives me immediate acid reflux. 😱

It can be hard to eat right on the road Usually the only time I can get a good amount of veggies,is if I have the dinner buffet Not sure if that is good or bad 😀 😛
