The company I work for is real slick on pay raises.In order for me to get a one cent per mile pay raise is,I have to get in 121,000 miles(roughly) to get it.

If the company does not dispatch me for that many miles,how do I get the raise?:objection:

Yes the ol Catch 22 type scenario. 🙁


My company use to do stuff like that. Like you had to do so many experiments in a week and the notebook had to be up to date and signed. Of course it was impossible to do that many experiments and keep a notebook that detailed. 🙁

Some of the terminal managers at my company act like it is the driver's fault for not getting that many miles. :sowrong:

Yea I hear ya. Use to do simliar thing to me for not getting enough research done. Or if you try to get a lot done they would yell at you for not being safe or not keeping up your notebook. Was always something. :sowrong:
