I just spent a lot of time today working on my taxes. 😱
 
The happiest part of it was filling in the royalties from our own MTJ Publishing. 😀 😛
 
Since my total annual royalties from those e-publications are measured in the hundreds of dollars, not in the thousands, I can get away without filing those quarterly estimated tax forms. 😀 😛

It get complicated if you are on the border. The IRS expects you to be psychic. 😛

Yes, they pounce on you for not paying enough in advance and apply penalties, so it's always good to keep track each quarter and see if you need to send them an estimated payment. 😱

Yup. What I love too, is they estimate getting 50% money on any money you fail to give them. How do you earn 50% interest... 😱
