Its gotten a lot worse since then and dont look like its going to get much better. The ban on plastic bags takes place in a few months. The ban on certain TV sets will start to go in efect in a few years same with the ban on Incadescent Light bulbs. Really we should call it Kalifornia at this point. 😛
