The winds here are reallly howling I need to take care of some business stuff then I will likely have to log off. I might be able to come back tonight but the situation here is still uncertain. Wind gusts have been knocking out power lines all over the Valley and at times are over 60 mph.

I became a Dodger fan when I first became aware of baseball on TV at the age of 5 back in 1955. They have won six World Series since then, 1955 being their first ever. (So they never won one without me as a fan. 😛 )

I downloaded the complete works of George Bernard Shaw to my Nook and I've been reading that. It has all his plays, stories, and essays, over 3,000 pages altogether. 😀 😛

What's amazing about e-readers is that it took less than one minute to download and it cost $3.99 because he's been dead so long his works are in the public domain.
