I was going to rent a car, However.................. because my liscense is in PA,and I have a debit card,the car rental people in Georgia say I can't use my debit card,
even though it has the Master Card logo on it. It because I am not from georgia. Now if I was in PA,I could use my debit card,rent a car,and drive it out of state.
Makes no sense to me. :shrug:

You think that is wierd? I thought that I would take the Amtrack train. Atlanta to orlando,FL. The train goes from Atlanta,to DC,then to orlando,FL. :shock:

So that explains it. I guess they do not know geography. Orlando is almost 500 miles south of Atlanta. DC is around 600 miles north of Atlanta.

here is an idea. We shall take the people who want to go south,north. Then take them south. Brilliant. :facepalm:

With service like that,it makes me wonder how Amtrack is still in business. 😀 😛
 
I saw a news piece on them on CNN. The taxpayers are subsidising Amtrack $80 million or so a year for food and drink on their passenger trains. Amtrack is making no profit on that service. 😀 😛
