Yea they are. I remember they wanted 300 dollars for my grandmas pillow. Why that much i asked. They said its antispetically clean. I said she is dead dont think it will matter that much. LOL

Yea my uncle had a casket with the 12 stations of the cross carved into it. Cost 13,000 dollars. He would have been better off being a nicer person. LOL

My mother's will specified that she be buried in a plain pine box. As she explained when she wrote it, "Why waste a lot of money on a coffin that is going to be out of sight, six feet underground?"

Very wise. 🙂 My mom and me will be cremated. For essentially the same reason. Me I want my ashes spread around a beautiful orchid tree. The cycle of life. From birth to death and to a new life thru the tree. 😀

Storm petered out. Never showed up. Maybe its taking a tour of the southwest. Winds are here though so I am not sure. Just have to keep an eye on things. 😀
