Yes, there is only one little window and not all websites work on it, but I can go to the internet on the cellphone. 😀 😛
 
The phone itself is not that expensive, but the monthly fee for unlimited internet access using it is high (about $40 a month) and is in addition to the normal phone charges for whatever calling plan you select. 🙁
