And he has turned around some really wretched places. The only time he really goes ballisitic is if the staff leave the kitchen a mess and they serve food that is rotten or filled with mold or bugs. I really cant blame him them LOL

He does do diner like places occasionally. Usually its more upscale places though. I love hwne he got onto a chef about serving chocolate covered shrimp and banana covered chicken. He made him eat his own food and he could not keep it down. LOL
