A lesson I learned when I heard a group of city legislatures wanted to offically make pi 3 so it would be easier for everyone to calculate areas and circumferences. :crazy:

The storm last night was an ice storm, not a snow storm. We got the roads and sidewalks all covered in ice. 😱

They had even more ice north of the city and it knocked down some tree limbs and power lines. 🙁

Ice storms are very bad. They load up trees and power lines with tons of ice and often the weight causes them to break. 😱

The roads were icy in the Dallas area.Not a whole lot of traffic for once.

The power lines here in NYC are buried underground, but they have that problem in the suburbs.

In windier parts of LA we have the power lines underground but because of earthquakes its not very common at all.
