One the lenses fell out of my eyeglasses today. 🙁
But the folks at Lenscrafters (where I bought them some years ago) fixed them for free. They replaced the tiny screw that holds on the earpiece. 😀 😛

Yea those tiny screws are always falling out. Its nice Lenscrafters fixed it for free.

Very true. But it does create customer loyalty. If I need a new prescription then I will use them to make the new lenses. 😀 😛
