They are still issued but I dont think the use is as prevalent. Its a whole PR thing now. You dont want to look to mean. No one really understands war anymore.

Kind of makes sense I guess. They arent too effective on anything except people and the image of burning people probably is not good PR like I said. 😀

War has become stupid at times. More of PR battle then a real battle. A Miltary's job is to break things and kill people. If you arent up to that then dont have a war. Thats just me channeling Patton though. 😀 😛
