Hey we haven't had one in 16 years (long time for us) lol.
 
Just think about the unfortunate fans of the Cleveland Guardians (formerly Indians). They last won the World Series in 1948.
 
Same thing with the Chargers although it's a different sport. Don't think they won a super bowl though they came close.
 
Halloween is the 2nd most celebrated holiday by adults next to Christmas. Pretty crazy.
 
The Strange Case Of The Zodiac Killer

What makes the Zodiac Killer case so strange? It is I think because so many decades no one could solve the case. In fact the case is still officially unsolved. The only real suspect Arthur Leigh Allen passed away like 5 years ago. The Zodiac Killer left behind many cryptic messages. It's only recently like in 2020 with advent AI we were able to decode them. In that decoding we find the zodiac motive... he believed anyone he murdered would be his slave in the afterlife. Thus the killings were almost totally random. No motives. No vengeance. No greed. No lust. Just a demented belief that anyone he killed would be his servant. We watch all the detective shows and we delude ourselves into thinking that the law can always protect us. It does the best it can but against true randomness like the zodiac it struggles. That is in my humble opinion what makes this case so strange and so very scary. Your thoughts are welcome.
 
That is strange indeed...I could see someone thinking the opposite actually that they would have to make up for what they did in the afterlife to the victim.
 
There is no protection from somebody who murders random victims based on irrational delusions. :crazy:

I don't know for sure.... but the ciphers were sort of cuneiform like. So perhaps he got the afterlife servant idea for Egyptian mythology. Still threw off police for a long time. He went after couples at first so he T hpugh he has some issues with young people being in love but in retrospect it was just because they would go to isolated places to make out. That made then easy targets.
