Alright, if we’re actually being serious and legal, due to the 13th Amendment (prohibits involuntary servitude), you really cannot make someone provide services if they refuse, even if they once agreed to do so. Yes, in theory, you could sue them for the damages due to your reliance on their promise to do the video, but I assure you that the legal fees to do so would exceed the damages you would recover.
But if we are less serious, and have some fun with this (i.e, depart from reality), shouldn’t we have the producer, who has the person restrained, say, “okay, if you changed your mind, I’ll let you go, but first just let me give you a gentle poke. Do you still want to go? Ok, just one more! [Model giggles, changes her mind, and everyone has a blast.]
