You can create little conspiracy theories all you want, but in in the end I take it with a grain of salt as should everyone else. The fact is, you have to use the past to confront me. Did I ever critique then? Hardly. You are bringing up long dead issues to justify your hatred of me. I don't see why you should feel that way at all. I don't hate you or anyone here. If you take this issue responsibly you should deal with whats on the table in front of you now. And what is on the table in front of you now? An opinion. Something you can hardly blast effectively or at all.
As Dave himself says in his sticky for Constructive Criticism-
"If you post your work here, prepare yourself to be critiqued as well as appreciated. It’s nice to have a lot of posts telling you how good your work is, but not everyone likes the same thing. Art is very subjective. Everyone needs to be able to withstand a little constructive criticism. In the long run, it can only help you. If someone tells you they would have done your line drawing differently or your shading from another perspective, you have two choices: get upset and never post again, which would be bad…or deal with it and either agree or don’t. It’s your work, do what you will, but be open to suggestion."
That right theres discribes you perfectly. You have dealt with my comments in a totally unprofessional way (yet again), borderlining shit flinging. And monkeys do that actually, in the zoos. I saw it on MAX EX.
This is still an art forum and different opinions are abound. You just have to accept that as fact.
I REFUSE to help perpetuate complacency, ignorance, and conditioning. You sir, are conditioned. So much so that you can't even see it. What I say hurts so much because I'm the only one saying it, and I'm the only one that has said it in a long time. Well, not the only one, but its close. You simply probably feel naked and vulnerable. Like I said before, we all are in the eyes of the people that view our work. If I wasn't the only one doing this, you would have grown accustomed to critiques and such by now, making you a better, bigger person in the process. This would apply to everyone.
As for MY art I have people telling me all the time how, what, and why it is so good and makes it different from everyone else's here. Theres no reason for them to go out of their way in public AND in private to more or less worship me. I don't ask to be worshipped, but they do it anyway. So do I believe them, or believe you because you are in a childish fit right now and are angry, afflicted, and just don't know what to do or say or think? Even if I didn't get such praise, I would still believe I'm an excellent artist whose going places if I choose to with my art.
You won't be able to see any good in me when you're this way. My good qualities you pass aside and make invisible. You focus on making me a bad person in the public light. If I really had it out for you publically or privately, or for anyone for that matter, including Slaanesh, I would have done something about it. The fact that I don't seek and destroy is a testament to my good will. If I wanted to make enemies I would. But if an enemy to you is simply someone that doesn't see things your way, then you are bound to have many enemies in your lifetime, starting with the greatest of all- yourself.
If you can't listen to me, listen to Kalamos. Our messeges are the same, but different. But make no mistake about it, if I feel the need to render my opinion again later, I will. If the people of this art forum will not take it upon themselves to start critiquing on their own, then I suppose I'll have to do the critiquing for all of us. I see no balance, and what I bring is to be naturally expected, by the words of Dave.
P.S- Does that really matter? It shouldn't, and it shouldn't change how people think about me and my art. The fact I draw it for you is sufficent enough. I know the mechanics of a good tickling scenario, I know what makes a good picture, I know the tricks of the trade, hell, I probably know more that some of you do. I don't have to guess what people will like because after years of observation I KNOW what people like. The fact I'm reserved and subtle about it makes no real difference.
But to be fair about it and answer your questions, I like the aspect of SOME tickling, its cute and has its place on all levels. I'd hardly call that a fetish however. Lots of people are like me, perhaps more than there are fetishists. As for the foot fetish, thats a grey area. I just like drawing feet as I would any part of the human body. Since I am not singling out any one spot that doesn't make it a fetish. On the other hand however, I AM here, and I AM mingling with fetishists. I might as well be one of you if I'm drawing these things for you and for me and enjoying them.
But its MY art, MY gift being used. Of course I'm happy. Does it really matter how I use it or what I draw?
