What do eat/drink when you get up in the mornings?

I usually have a cup of coffee with a few iced oatmeal cookies and sometimes with peanut butter to get me started then, breakfast about a half hour after that which is usually grits or rice with either bacon, spam, sausage or liver pudding (not real pudding) and a couple of eggs.
 
I skip breakfast a lot also. My body seems to dislike it 🙂

But if i have something, usually will be a cup of tea and maybe 1 or 2 cookies or some toast...allways light. And defenetely no milk!!! thats a big no at breakfast.
 
Most of the time I don`t eat breakfast . Maybe a glass of water , milk, or orange juice
 
Usually buttered toast and purple grape juice, then coffee at work.
 
I'll usually have either a protein bar or a Lean Pocket. Sometimes I'll have a little cup of lite yogurt, too. I've never really been big on eating in the morning, but I've been forcing myself to do it for the past couple of years to improve my nutrition and keep myself from overeating later in the day.
 
Apple/cinnamon nutrigrain cereal bar and mocha frappachino. Everyone knows not to talk to me until I've had my coffee....Grrrrrrrr.
 
Water, juice or chocolate milk to drink & a cup of yogurt...and a little cereal or a cereal bar if I'm hungry. I'll do turkey sausage, toast and eggs if I've got a more physically demanding morning and/or may not get to have lunch until later than usual.
 
I have my four cups of coffee, and two waffles, drenched in butter. After spreading the butter, I'll put the waffles in the microwave to melt the butter, so that it soaks into the waffles, creating two, tasty butter-sponges. 😀
 
Cereal (Cheerios) or toast with milk, OJ and yogurt. If I make it to the gym in the morning, I eat a protein bar and maybe a matching shake after I'm done. 😀

Days that I work out I'll have a CLIF bar and some [bottled] water.

All other days I really don't eat until at least 10:00 or later.

I'm not very big on breakfast.
 
I involuntarily usually start the morning with a mouthful of cat fur. Once that is disposed of usually a cheese scone and a glass of milk.
 
At my age, pita bread, oat bran, and metamucil dissolved in water. :grandpa: 😛
 
Cheerios and All-Bran with Milk followed by coffee, coffee, and more coffee.

Except for Sundays - like today - when we go over to the club for brunch and have Bacon, Sausage, omelets, potatoes and lots of fresh fruit.
 
Bread, A Banana, and a cup of Diet Ginger Ale. I have to eat something in the morning, because I take two BP meds after breakfast. I'm not allowed to drink regular soda, juice has carbs, and makes me sick, and I dont like milk, so diet ginger ale it is.

Well it used to be whatever dregs of coffee and croissant/toast etc I could scavenge in my kitchen while I ran out the door to work, but since I've been living in Russia I've become addicted to these tiny things that involve cottage cheese and (naughty) a bit of chocolate. There's always tea at work. Black, with lemon.

Also quite fond of the pre-boiled egg since my egg epiphany in Cambodia about a year ago.
 
a glass of OJ and a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios....and yes..I've been known to finish the little games on the back of the box while I'm eating... 😛
