I was just thinking the same thing. Wife and I have been frantically IMing for a week trying to figure out what outfits to pack, what perfume to bring, what color to get our nails done, how to do our hair... and the boys have answers like Slackerbitch and Bald Rob

What Lee said, I don't have a laptop but I've brought my video camera AND lights plus everything else with just those two bags . You *do* have to learn the Art of Packing; a friend taught me just how to roll jeans and other could-be-bulky items and pack them around shoes and lights and such to they fit and protect my equipment. And if it needs to be ironed it prolly ain't goin' to NEST, life's too short for that 😉

I totally agree with you, packing is an art. And I take the same bag whether I spend 1 night or 10. The thing is, I don't unpack it. I don't think about what's in it. Some stuff I won't need, some stuff I may. And... for the um.. things that won't make it through airport security in a carry on... let's just say I'd rather not be questioned if something starts buzzing in my bag (and I'm not talking about a toothbrush!).

I'm down with driving anywhere (even the hoods of Philly lol) in the continental US. I wouldn't touch a car in Europe.

Beauty of having wheels - if I get there and find I did forget to pack something, SHOPPING!!! 🙂

I am not the greatest plan man. I do however pick out what I will wear and what days I will wear them. Is that strange?

Aimee. I packed all my stuff in a duffel bag last year. You can bring one carry on and one personal item. My duffel bag went in the overhead and my apnea machine went under my seat. There are ways to optimize your packing.
