In response to the several inquiries about the immobilizer: I was strapped into it and tickled without mercy by Mistress Feral at Passive Arts in Los Angeles during a party there organized by Bellystrokes.

My understanding is that it was custom made for TIB to use in his videos and he donated it to Passive Arts afterwards.
