STORY:
Raleigh, N.C. — North Carolina State University campus police were searching Monday for a man who was inside the Alpha Delta Pi sorority house early Saturday.

A sorority member told police she was awakened at about 7:40 a.m. Saturday to find a man she didn't know touching and tickling her feet. The man fled the sorority house, at 2309 S. Fraternity Court, when the woman and other sorority members confronted him, police said.

No injuries were reported in the incident, which occurred on the same day as thousands of N.C. State students returned to campus for the start of the fall semester.

The man was described as being between 18 and 24 years old, with a dark complexion and medium build. He had a crew cut and was wearing a purple shirt.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call N.C. State campus police. Investigators said they were following up on several leads.

I understand the temptation, but too risky. So many ways to get tickle action today, without the possibility of going to prison. If he's determined enough to do this, too bad he doesn't use that determination to make enough money to be able to afford paying some women to let him have at their feet. Now if he already could afford it, and chooses to do this anyway, I agree on the brainless wonder part.

Most reasonable adults that have this fetish have numerous legal outlets for their desires; some more expensive than others, but they're all there. And anyone who has pondered something truly illegal for satisfaction (those fictional stories that we all know and love) would be stopped by either moral concerns or understanding that they coud be caught.

I don't think he's a sociopath, because he neglected to wear a mask or wear dark clothing, not to mention he went in after sunrise, so he's definitely not bright. But he specifically did this right after the students returned, so it probably wasn't a spontaneous act fueled by drugs or copious amounts of alcohol. There's no report of this in the past, so it's probably not a local who is a repeat offender.

I'm guessing it's a Freshman who's harbored this fantasy for a long time, isn't that familiar with the internet or tickling as a fetish and is just this side of mentally functional.
