Early Report..Michael Jackson suffers cardiac arrest...and now has died. RIP.

I don't understand either of you two in the least. Bloody hell, the man was never found guilty of anything and he has just died. For the love of fuck, try showing a little respect. If you don't want to, stay out of the thread!

Oh, I think he did stuff, but he was NEVER acquitted of anything. And today's not the day to even discuss it IMO. If you can't bring yourself to say anything positive about the man, can you at least wait till he gets cold first? Can you wait for the funeral? Can you just keep you f-ing mouth shut??

It's actually quite funny.

Although terribly bad taste. I just hope it was meant in jest, because it is a funny thing to say and made me smile.

RIP Michael.

Wow.....why does this not surprise me??

Shameless....just shameless!

Have you never heard the phrase "gallows humour"

I'm terribly shocked and sad that a music legend whom I have adored from a young age is dead.

I'm sorry. I found it funny because it was so inappropriate.

Well you need a humor overhaul if you thought any of that was funny!

Shambles, I've pissed off enough people today, I don't need you sticking up for me to make it worse.

Folks, as a moderator *and* a member I'm really going to ask that we ignore those making negative comments and just share our sadness and sorrow over losing MJ (and Ms. Fawcett too, rest in peace). Jackson may have had serious scandal and issues over the years but his music and positive message meant a great deal to many of us, especially those of us who remember his better days from the '70's and '80's; let's please focus on that and comfort one another, thanks in advance :community:

Personally, I wish you mods could just take the negativity down. But let's not interfere with the free speech right to be callous and disrespectful huh?:sarcasm:

I'm sorry but I have a raging headache over both of their deaths. What a crappy thing to happen.

Fuck you, asshole. You don't even know what you're talking about.

R.I.P. Michael.

God, I feel so stupid for crying right now, but I've listened to his music since I was old enough to understand it.

I know what you mean Tamia. I'm crying myself right now. I feel like I lost a personal family member, his music was such a part of my life.

I was bracing for Farrah's death but Michael's caught me completely off guard....

This totally sucks...

We don't like it either Kis, and trust me such things are discussed far more than you'd think; in the end we have to do our best to give everyone the right to their opinion as much as possible, even when it offends us personally.

Back to the topic at hand, RIP Mike, I **still** have the sequined socks my grandmother bought me in 1983 🙁

Like I said before....REGARDLESS of the problems he had, and REGARDLESS of the circus that his life in the later years was....all anyone is asking for is a little human decency. Just a little for a few days.

Nothing more. We do not want anyone who dislikes him to change their mind, miss him, cry over him or anything. All we ask for is to remember that he is someone who meant a lot in someway to a lot of people, and respect that.

Rob

I just found out about this. I am sitting here stunned. I remember seeing him on tv when him and I both were children and he was performing with his brothers. I loved the early stuff, as well as the music he created later. It was sad to see how things had become for him, even if some of it he brought on himself. Musically, he was amazing and that will be very sorely missed.

RIP Michael, you will always be a part of my memories of my childhood... 2 icons of my life gone today..

This.

I can't explain it exactly but I feel so OLD right now, I remember my entire family gathering around the tv to watch Motown 25 and it feels like 100 yrs ago :grandpa:

I was thinking pretty much the same thing bella...growing up with him...gosh he was only a couple years older then me...I am stunned this evening.

WOW! Two people that I grew up with.

A pop legend and superstar with a persona like no other. He literally invented the world of pop lock and break dance. No other superstar could ever hold a candle to michael.

A supermodel who in 1983 was the crush of every little boy and teenage boy. She faught hard and ended up loosing to her illness. She is a true inspiration.

They will both be missed. And the world will stand still for these last few hours of the day to remember Michael Jackson and Farah Fawcett.

YOU feel old! Damn...first McMahon, then Farrah, then Michael....

I am ready to crawl into my cave now.....

This one sucks for me personally more then the Farrah death.

I grew up listening to Michael's stuff and always admired his talent. Despite the stupid shit he was involved with or started.

This sucks.

What happens to his estate and music rights he has ownership over(his music and others) since he is divorced twice and has kids

He's had health issues for awhile, I wouldn't doubt that he and his lawyers got that all squared away.

Am I the only one blowing up my playlist with Michael Jackson songs now?
