I fail to see where something illegal is going on?
Unfortunately illegal activities are of course not protected by the law.
This is what you get by selling sexual/porn fetish related clips. You are not selling Disney, Harry Potter or music clips. You are selling clips often watched by minors, even 13 yo, who get their minds blowns off and feed and amplify their tickling fetish (at all ages anyway). I think it's ridiculous to complain they are steeling your clips, you should shut up and be happy with the large amount of money you made and are still making by selling sexual/porn fetish related clips. A normal producer would contact the police and have lawyers resolve the matter, you can't because you are selling illegal/porn material so you can only come here to complain about it. I mean, if you chose this commecial acvitity you should know this can happen and there's no much you can do about it. Unfortunately illegal activities are of course not protected by the law.

CCSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH................
Okay....I think it's gone.....
Okay, everybody back to discussing....I got a cake in the oven, I'll be back....
Hey there Tony. Still struggling with your "addiction" I see.
If you two want to continue to snipe at each other, take it to PM.
I take offence at your response. Either this is a forum where we are free to comment (as several have done to the same post) or you need to remove all posts added in response to tttony. You can't just decide to leave the post and then chastise those who respond to it!
This post makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I think someone needs a little reality check.
I think Jeff means it is not allowed to "snipe" at someone's post saying it is ridiculous without bringing up a constructive argument or opinion to feed the discussion.
Really? Isn't it true you are selling sexual fetish related clips, often viewed by minors, that feed a tickling fetish some people have? Isn't it true you make money on a sexual related fetish some people are affected by (including minors who get scarred for life by your clips)? Who needs a reality check here really?
In that case, my constructive response is:
1) No illegal activities are going on here. It is all legitimate under UK law (where tb is based). Last time I checked, it wasn't illegal in the US either. As such, there are no illegal activities outside the scope of the law.
2) If you were Disney or the producer of Harry Potter you would have a large amount of money available to pursue pirates and fund the appropriate legal actions. The producer we are talking about here do not have access to that level of funding. Even the big guys have difficulty dealing with piracy as it such a complex and globally distributed problem.
3) As far as I'm aware, few if any producers make enough money from their clips to use it as their only income. The cost of making professionally produced clips with hired models is probably more than you'd ever imagine. Even then, clips4sale keep at least 40% of the purchase price and the producers pay tax on their income too.
4) I can't comment constructively on any of the other points made as they are completely unsubstantiated. Unless presented with any evidence to back them up, I feel it would be inappropriate to comment on them at all.
Taking things back on topic, what we have in this specific instance is a very focused and targeted criminal campaign against tickle clip producers using another illegal activitiy (credit card fraud) to perpetrate the crime. We have a vendor website which is happy to 40% but is not prepared to put any measures in place to prevent it or take any retrospective actions to investigate the fraud which they actually facilitated in the first place.
The initial post by turtleboy was an attempt to inform people what is actually going on and to explain to those taking advantage of the pirated clips that there is some serious criminal activity going on and that the long term consequences for this specific community could be catastrophic. Whilst I don't think this is the only issue affecting sales of clips, in the current economic environment it is most certainly not going to help.
Thank you for reading. I welcome any constructive responses.
Quite off topic, but I think tttony needs a reality check here. Ive read you post before, and they are always the same and always outlandish. Quit trying to blame other people for mental issues you have. You really come off as the type of zealous person that would start a crusade against something like women's skirts because you have some problem controlling yourself if you see a woman's legs, and so you need to try to blame it on the skirts, etc. and not accept that it is just you; not everyone, or anywhere near most people, and also not the product.
1-It's unfortunate that minors can potentially view adult material, but that can't be helped, and it's not the producers' fault or responsibility
2-the vast majority of people are most definitely not "scarred for life" by tickling clips. If it's your case, I'm very sorry, but you're the rare exception, not the norm
3-There's nothing illegal about producing and selling ticking clips
1- It's unfortunate heroin can kill millions of people, but that can't be helped and it's not the heroin producers' responsibility or fault. Is this the right way of thinking? and don't come to tell me I can't compare heroin or drugs to tickling clips because I certainly can as they both are addictive and can destroy someone's life.
2- Are you in the mind of a 13 yo old boy or girl who accidentally stumbles on one of your clips (available on dailymotion for free anyway) to know he/she won't get scarred for life by watching it?
3- I understand it is a business for you and you only care about selling as many clips as possible (even to minors).

Wow. Just... wow.
Actually I can. The reasoning goes like this: There's a difference between discussing something, and just throwing comments back and forth at each other. If you two want to discuss something that you're obviously never going to agree on, and just keep hammering away at it until your ears bleed, far be it from me to try and stop you. But we can't have a discussion that maybe more people than just you two are interested in, devolve into two people trading comments about each other back and forth.
When it gets to that level, I always suggest that people take it to PM, to save the rest of us from having to browse along with it, because this is after all a public discussion. And in practice, I suspect nobody ever does because once it gets pointed out, you realize you didn't really want to be in that kind of exchange anyway.
I like that the argument is "Theoretically, it can probably happen. Therefore it should be assumed it is happening, that you know it's happening, and that you want it to happen to score more addicts for their wankdrugs!".
Counterpoint, tttony is a failed producer angry at a market he couldn't catch a break in and therefore assumes the "good" producers cheated to make a profit by selling these bonenriffic addictions to 12 year olds.
I say that because, technically, it could be true. Therefore I assume it is.
It's illegal to sell porn clips to minors and there's no way to prevent minors to access clips for sale and buy them.
you are saying that people who get aroused by watching ticklnig clips are not affected by a sexual related fetish?
It's unfortunate heroin can kill millions of people, but that can't be helped and it's not the heroin producers' responsibility or fault. Is this the right way of thinking? and don't come to tell me I can't compare heroin or drugs to tickling clips because I certainly can as they both are addicting and can destroy someone's life.
3) We don't really know how much money tickling clips producers make, and that's not the point here either. But if you consider there's 128,635 members on the TMF alone you can get an idea of it (even if 2% of them only buys clips, which I doubt it is so little, you get 2,500 people times approx $10 each clip....you do the math)
So coming here to complain he lost $200 in the last month sounds ridicolous to me.
