this "incident" is probably a fantasy, but for the sake of argument, let's pretend it's true. after reading goodtickler's initial post, what he done might have been okay.
before you all throw stones at me, read what i have to say first. the first thing he mentioned is that these girls are his "closest" friends. which means, they have a good relationship. good enough to allow him to sleep over their house. now, let's say goodtickler's friends are in the BDSM scene and they know all about his foot fetish. it is quite possible they let him kiss their feet, suck their toes, etc. i dont think he means ANYTHING he wants, but he is allowed to indulge in his foot fetish with them.
now, if he is telling the truth, and they let him kiss their feet when they are sleep as long as he doesnt wake them, what he did isnt wrong if he licks and kisses their feet. again, IF HE IS TELLING THE TRUTH, then kissing their feet is okay because they gave him consent to indulge in his fetish.
the problem is the tickling part. he says they hate to be tickled. but nowhere did he say they will end their friendship with him if he tickles them. he has tickled them before, briefly, but he has and he is still close with these friends. it is not like he ties them down, grabs a bunch of feathers and tickles them for hours at a time. judging from his post, he is tickling them to get a reaction, not an all out torture tickling, but probably a stroke here and there to get a reaction.
what we all should think about is, just how much do they hate tickling? i mean, do they hate it to the point they will rip his nuts off? or they just dont like to be tickled, but they will still be his friends. they know he likes to tickle and they still allow this guy to hang around them. nowhere in his posts did he say they told him that if he tickles them again, he can no longer be their friend. to me, it sounds like these girls do not like to be tickled, but they dont hate the guy for trying. that is the BIG DIFFERENCE.
i have a friend that i am real close to. she isnt a big fan of tickling and is extremely ticklish. she knows i like to tickle and when she has slept over, i have tickled her feet as well as kiss her feet or suck her toes while she slept. she likes the worshipping part, but the tickling she can do without. she has told me she doesnt like tickling, but yet, allows me to tickle her quickly. am i violating her? will she press charges against me? no. i tickle her for reactionary purposes, but i "make up" for it by kissing her feet. this has been going on for almost 3 years.
so, this scenario is entirely possible. it is entirely possible that this guy is doing nothing to violate them. it all depends on what he means by they "hate" tickling. is it a traumatic hate or is it a "we rather not be tickled" hate? that is what needs to be determined before you criticize the guy for doing what he does. we dont know all the specific details. but if they repeatedly warned the guy to never tickle them again, or their friendship is over, then what he did is wrong.
just another point of view....

I promise you, that's what your average vanilla girl would think. And good for her.
