Depends. If I am loaded real light,I would have pulled off and waited it out today. If it is a regular velocity of 45 MPH,but gusting higher,I will shut down.

During the snow storms last week when I was home,PENNDOT said no empty trailers and no doubles for driving.

I have seen doubles on the highway on the infrequent occasions when I'm driving a rented car. They don't look easy to control even in good weather.
