If this is true it demonstrates only that our education system needs to teach a helluva lot more than numbers & letters. Perhaps we would have less sociopaths stalking the unsuspecting....

The scenario I described involved no contracts or money changing hands, but something much more common: two people meeting and hooking up. (no pun intended)

Now, I may not have been 100% upfront about what was going to happen to them, but the end result is always the same. They were willing to go through a little bit of hell to get a whole lotta heaven i.e. going on a trout fishing expedition with the Master Baiter.

Thanks for backing me up. That guy really brought something to the table here with his useless criticism. Furthermore I said I have my business law book from a semester in school, yet somehow everyone seems to translate taking a required course to me wanting to become a lawyer. Sometimes it's not worth getting into a debate at all when a bunch of sociopaths are gonna say whatever they want to contradict ya.

The bottom line is, signing a contract to be tied up and tickled does not mean that once tied down you have to go through with it. You cannot be sued for not going through with it either despite what some seem to believe. Although the law states that a contract must be upheld through performance on both ends, when the contract puts one party at a significant disadvantage, such as being forced to endure extreme physical torture when they no longer wish to perform their duties, they are entitled to void the contract. Neither party loses out, the party backing out doesn't get paid and they move on. Holding the girl against her will when she wants out is now false imprisonment.
