All three of these answers could be correct depending on how you or someone else sees you. I do not think this is strange. I am not a looks person. I know it sounds Cliché but I see a person, not a physical immage. Same with tickling. I will take notice of that long before anything else.
I see anything mainstream or otherwise and I like it. I have been called nuts before by people I know but what I like is what I am. It's not like I am an Axe Murderer or anything. I don't know if I'd use the word "pathetic", but it never fails to amaze me how much projection goes on in our little community. I don't think it's dumb. I like seeing female feet and watching and participating in tickling. It's what I like, so no, it's certainly not stupid.

That being said, I'm not to the point where I think it's normal enough to bring up in conversation or to be totally "out" with what I like. While out at the bar, I'd never say, "hey, check out the feet on her". Face, Boobs, butt, sure, but not feet.

Perfectly normal, and absolutely NOT dumb. No different (as many folks probably already pointed out) than getting excited seeing a nice ass, or breasts or the like. If you're a foot person, than that's YOUR thing, so when you see feet, that's your response.
