I'm going to tackle this in stages. Though I feel like I'm feeding a troll, I will treat this as a serious discussion worthy of both my time and my energy.
Firstly, the "preying on people with tickling fetishes by producing clips and art." Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that a simple buy-sell relationship? It's the same as anything else. It's my choice if I want to go buy some tickle abuse videos and masturbate until I go blind. They didn't stick anything in the water that manipulated my brain into wanting to purchase a fetish clip, it was just something that I thought "hey this looks awesome, I'm willing to fork out some money for it."
As for the abuse? Lol. My fetish came from a love of being out of control and a love of causing eternal torment in a very enjoyable way, and also because I love reactions, and knowing that I caused someone to laugh that hard, and knowing that it is because of me that they are having a good time, and also because it's FUN. We are in a fetish community. There is no normal. Normal is like right and wrong. It was created by human beings in order to pigeon hole things they agreed and disagreed with. I'd tell you where to stick your perceptions of what is normal, but it might be too logical for the bizarre and randomised nature of this thread, so good day.
