Thank you! This is what I've been trying to say. 90 percent of tickling is non-con tickling. Whenever a teenager tickles a guy or girl they "like" in order to get his or her attention, that's non-con tickling. Whenever a couple decides to do something "kinky" and one ties the other up, and then at some point decides to tickle him or her for a few seconds as part of the play, that's non-con tickling. It's not that I don't "see the difference" between the scenarios you are presenting. It's that I think you are offering a false choice. You basically say that there are ONLY two types of non-con tickling, one being a free-style poke that lasts a second, and the other being a half hour of torture, where the victim is crying and screaming and their physical health is in danger. I'm saying that those are not the only two scenarios involving non-con tickling, as general common sense will tell you, but as also the plethora of real life tickling by the vanilla crowd, as aptly demonstrated in varous YouTube videos, will show you. The vast majority of real-life tickling is non-con, and falls into neither of those two categories. If you disagree, show me the scores of individuals who have been sued or jailed over non-con tickling. As you said, the evidence is all over YouTube and Facebook, yet no one is being charged for assault. Why? Because the "victim" would have to be the one to press charges, and no one is doing so.
