Thank you! This is what I've been trying to say. 90 percent of tickling is non-con tickling. It's not that I don't "see the difference" between the scenarios you are presenting. It's that I think you are offering a false choice. You basically say that there are ONLY two types of non-con tickling, one being a free-style poke that lasts a second, and the other being a half hour of torture, where the victim is crying and screaming and their physical health is in danger.
